PURPOSE: To obtain a dense coupling between a fixing tool and a tissue composite by forming a head of an axis on the fixing tool into a shape to give predetermined compression to a bone tissue directly adjacent to a coupling part between the axis and a screw head. CONSTITUTION: A fixing tool comprises an outer screw 6, a screw tip 3, a neck 2 and a head 4. The head 4 has a central inner hole 41 with an inner screw 42, and on the head 4 an upper structure like a tooth crown can be fixed with a screw. At an upper end of the fixing tool, the head 4 has a substantially cylindrical cross section 23, and a cylindrical head 22 is present between the upper end of the fixing tool and an upper end of a screw 11, and is connected to the upper end of the screw 11 through a loosely curved part 21.
