MANUFACTURE OF ONE ORIENTED SILICON STEEL PLATE WHICH SCARCELY CAUSES DETERIORATION OF IRON LOSS BY COMPRESSIVE STRESS

PURPOSE:To effectively obtain a one oriented silicon steel plate which causes deterioration of an iron loss by compressive stress, by controlling the coating quantity of a coating liquid to a specified range, when insulating coating of tension adding type is performed to a steel plate which has been subjected to finish annealing. CONSTITUTION:To a silicon steel blank, hot rolling and cold rolling containing intermediate annealing are performed, decarburizing-annealing is executed, and after that finish annealing is performed by applying an annealing separating agent. In case of executing the baking treatment by applying a tension adding type coating liquid to both surfaces of the steel plate which has been subjected to finish annealing, when the applying dry quantity A per 1m2 of both the surface of the steel plate of the coating liquid, thickness of the steel plate, a mean particle diameter of secondary recrystallized particles of the finish-annealed steel plate are denoted as (g/m2), (t) and D, respectively, the coating quantity of the coating liquid is adjusted so that the applying dry quantity A satisfies the conditions of the expressionIand the expression II simultaneously. In this way, it is possible to obtain a stable one oriented silicon steel plate which is capable of minimizing the deterioratin of an iron loss even under compressive stress.
