PURPOSE:To perform proper load interruption in decentralized control and to stabilize the frequency of an accident system by being equipped with a part mutually to recognize, a part subordinate to the host class, a part to control interruption of a group feeder, etc. CONSTITUTION:A holonic UF relay control system consists of five parts, i.e., a part which holonic UF relays provided to the power system recognizes each other, a part subordinate to the host class, a part to self-organize the operative information to stabilize the frequency of an accident system, a part to control the interruption of a group feeder depending on this operative information and a part to appraise whether or not the system functions well as a part of a totality as a result of the feeder interruption control. When a frequency drop accident due to the power supply dropout accident and system splitting accident occurs, a proper load interruption is performed by the autonomous decentralized control. Flexible action can thereby be taken against diverse forms of accident.
