MANUFACTURE OF CYLINDRICAL CASE FOR ROTARY HYDRAULIC BUMPER AND CYLINDRICAL CASE OBTAINED BY MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To eliminate the assembling man-hour, prevent the occurrence of pin holes, and reduce the cost by manufacturing a cylindrical case integrally provided with vanes on the inner periphery by the extrusion molding method in the axial direction for the cylindrical case of a rotary hydraulic damper. CONSTITUTION:A housing 20 is constituted of a cylindrical case 21, vanes 31 integral with it, a pair of the right and left side cases 41, and plates 51 inside them. The cylindrical case 21 is made of an extrusion-molded metal material. A valve storage section 26 is integrally provided on the outer periphery of a cylinder section 22. Three vanes are integrally provided on the inner periphery of the cylinder section 22 at a uniform interval in the peripheral direction. The assembling man-hour is eliminated, the occurrence of pin holes is prevented, and the cost is reduced.
