PURPOSE:To constitute the title system so that whether its acoustic device has been installed or not can be discriminated by only looking at from the outside of a car and to prevent a theft in advance by providing an operating part which can be brought to remote control and taking out only its operating part when a user leaves a car, or keeping it in a place which cannot be seen from the outside. CONSTITUTION:A key which has been operated by a key matrix part 3 is encoded by a transmitting part 1, and an infrared-ray light emission diode 2 is brought to a light emission. On the other hand, on the receiving side of data, a signal which has been received by a pin-photodiode 4 is amplified by a pre-amplifier 5, which key has been operated is decoded by a decoder part 6 consisting of a microcomputer, and a main body part 7 is controlled. For instance, when a power source ON/OFF key has been operated, the main body part 7 sets the power source to ON or OFF.
