A bolt 9 with about a spherical end opposite to the head thereof is screwed in the hole 2, and the end of the bolt 9 is placed on a liner plate 12. In addition, after making height control of the concrete member by rotating the bolt 9, filler 10 such as mortar and the like is poured into a space made between the bottom slab 1a and foundation concrete 20 to fill it.
