CONSTITUTION:The lead wire 3 is connected to the optical fiber cable 2 to be drawn out, and the old optical fiber cable 2 is drawn out to lead the lead wire in the overhead earth-wire 1. Then the new optical fiber cable 7 to be lead in newly is connected to the lead wire 3, which is drawn out to lead the new optical fiber cable 7 in the overhead earth-wire 1. At this time, when the lead wire 3 is led in smoothly, it is confirmed that a projection pipe does not have any abnormality such as damage. Consequently, such an accident that the new optical fiber cable 7 can not be led in is prevented.
