PURPOSE:To enable the baking of a food pertinently and efficiently with a scorched line formed thereon, and simplify the construction of a device by forming at least the surface of a hot air blow tube with a far infrared radiation body. CONSTITUTION:A heat baking chamber 3 is provided on a body frame 1 and a conveyor 2 for food carriage is so laid as to pass through the heat baking chamber 3. Also, a hot air blow tube 4 is so branched and laid as to sandwich both upper and lower sides of the conveyor 2 within the chamber 4, and hot air is blown from the tube 4 to a food 20 on the conveyor 2 for baking. Furthermore, at least the surface of the hot air blow tube 4 is made of a far infrared radiation body. According to the aforesaid construction, it is possible to bake a food pertinently and efficiently with a scorched line formed thereon and to simplify the construction of a device.
