INTERLOCKING OPERATIONAL MECHANISM FOR CASTER IN MOBILE BED

PURPOSE:To facilitate moving operation of a mobile bed and controlling of an interlocking mechanism by providing in a foot or head side board of the lying bed a moving operational handle and a driving mechanism of the caster interlocking mechanism utilizing a control cable associated with this moving operational handle. CONSTITUTION:A moving operational handle 4 is movably constituted from a position in use over to a position in not use while a control cable driving mechanism C, being associated with a movement of the handle 4, is provided, in a foot or head side board 3 of a mobile bed B. Control cables 5a, 5b are connected respectively with one side to the control cable driving mechanism C and the other side to a caster interlocking mechanism A in a condition that both the drive directions are reverse to each other. While the moving operational handle 4 is associated with a lock mechanism of a caster 2 and placed in positions in use and not in use respectively corresponding to a lock released position and a lock position.
