INTEGRATED CIRCUIT CHIP FOR ACTIVE FILTER AND CONSTITUTION OF POWER SOURCE FOR ACTIVE FILTER

PURPOSE:To allow the system to cope with both 3 and 2-voltage power systems by providing the wiring layer for power supply, and devising the system so that a wiring layer is disconnected depending which of 3-voltage or 2-voltage is to be supplied. CONSTITUTION:Three power input terminals 7-9 capable of coping with the 3-voltage system and the 2-voltage system, a level shift circuit 3, and a reference voltage generator 10 are connected to a power wire layer to each circuit in an integrated circuit chip in advance correspondingly. The level shift circuit 3 matches the voltage level of a control signal from a digital control circuit to an active filter circuit and the reference voltage generator 10 supplies a reference voltage for operating the active filter circuit at the 2-voltage system. Thus, the system easily copes with both the power supply systems by having only to disconnect the power source wiring layer simply without changing the circuit constitution.
