The filter has two terminals serially connected between an electrical operating unit and a power supply system. One terminal is connected with a terminal of the supply system and another terminal is connected with a terminal of the operating unit. A circuit arrangement consists of a parallel circuit of an inductor and a controlled power source, where a predominant part of active current with power frequency flows via an inductor (11). The operating unit is connected to the power supply system. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a circuit arrangement in a hybrid power filter (2) a method of regulation of the voltage intermediate circuit of a circuit arrangement (3) a serial arrangement of several circuit arrangements.
