METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FRESHNESS-KEEPING PACKAGE MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To keep freshness by applying the solution of a chemical having a freshness keeping effect on a base material sheet obtained through mixing porous bodies such as zeolite, cristobalite, activated carbon or the like, and holding the chemical to the porous bodies. CONSTITUTION:A sheet basement is made into a sheet by blending the porous bodies of 5-45wt.% to a raw material such as paper, non-woven fabric, plastics or the like. As being less than 5%, the chemical to be absorbed becomes insufficient, on the contrary, as being more than 45wt.%, it may not be preferable that the strength of the sheet basement becomes insufficient, and the porous bodies may be apt to drop from the sheet basement. Inorganic porous bodies such as natural or synthetic zeolite, cristobalite or the like, and other porous bodies such as activated carbon or the like may be used. As a chemical having a freshness-keeping effect, iron sulfate solution, L-ascorbic acid solution, and these mixed solution or the like can be employed for the purpose of deodorization.
