PROCESSING OF PRECIOUS STONE AND SEMI-PRECIOUS STONE SET JEWELRY HAVING CLAW INVISIBLE FROM SURFACE

PURPOSE:To obtain brilliance over the whole surface area of a stone by forming parallel grooves, which are parallel with a girdle part and are faced each other, in a pavillion part to be adjacent to the girdle part in a half-worked product. CONSTITUTION:For a precious stone or a semi precious stone, a crown part 1 is continued to a pavillion part 3 through a girdle part 2 and a table 4 is equipped on the upper surface of the crown part 1. Then, the tip of the pavillion part 3 is a culet 5. Then, two parallel grooves 6 are formed in a position which is mutually faced to the pavillion part 3 to be adjacent to the girdle part 2 of the precious stone or semi precious stone. The precious stone or semi precious stone, for which the grooves 6 are formed, is equipped with the parallelly plural trains of standing walls 10 having a refracted edge 8, in which a tip is refracted rectangularly or in a T-shape. Then, by using a fixed frame A, for which one edge is opened at least, the groove 6 formed in the stone 9 is guided and fitted between a lot of the refracted edges 8 in this fixed frame A. Then, the groove is connected and the assemblage of the precious stone or semi precious stone is obtained. Thus, without partially hiding the stone away, the brilliance can be always obtained over the whole surface area and each stone can be adhered and held.
