PURPOSE:To reduce peripheral friction by coating one or multiple lubricants made of molybdenum disulfide, ethylene tetrafluoride resin, graphite and tungsten disulfide and a binder on the surface of an underground settled object. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of one or multiple lubricants selected among molybdenum disulfide, ethylene tetrafluoride resin, graphite, tungsten disulfide and a binder is coated on the surface of an underground settled object. A paint film with high smoothness is formed, and the surface of the settled object is completely insulated from underground clay grains. The coated film is polished with the sandpaper or the like as necessary. The peripheral friction applied to the underground settled object can be reduced, and the settlement can be smoothly and simply performed.
