LEAD WIRE MOUNT METHOD OF DEMAGNETIZING COIL AND LEAD WIRE MOUNT FIXTURE

PURPOSE:To insulate a soldered part from an external part and support a lead wire surely by tightening the lead wire and a demagnetizing coil by a member, containing the soldered part between the lead wire and the coil together with part of the demagnetizing coil into the mount main body and welding the opening of the main body. CONSTITUTION:A mount fixture 2 and a cover cylinder 30 are fitted to a lead wire R to support a mount plate 20. The cylinder 30 is drawn and a hole 22 is formed to the plate 20, the plate is heated and contracted to fix the lead wire to the mount plate. A band 24 is penetrated through the mount plate 20 and a coil C is wound and tightened by a ring 25 and the lead wire Ca of the coil and the lead wire R are soldered (S). Then the mount fixture 2 is drawn out to contain the coil C and the soldered part S, flanges 8a, 9a of the grips 8, 9 are abutted each other, a rib 11 is welded. Then the mount is complete. Through the constitution above, the soldered part is insulated to an external part, the lead wire and the demagnetizing coil are supported at a prescribed location and quick and sure assembling are attained.
