SEWAGE WATER TREATING DEVICE OF ULTRADEEP AERATION TYPE

PURPOSE:To provide the subject apparatus inexpensive to install by fabricating said apparatus composed mainly of a head tank and a downstream and an upstream chamber of an aeration tank, these chambers being constructed by structural members of the type employed for building construction. CONSTITUTION:A sewage treating device of ultradeep aeration type is composed of a conducting pipe 2, a head tank 3, a downstream chamber 4 of an aeration tank, an upstream chamber 5 thereof, a communicating pipe 6, diffusing pipes 7 and 8, a compressor and a sludge discharge pipe 9. The downstream and upstream chambers 4 and 5 are constructed by structural members, e.g. the type employed as building post. The sewage water carried off from each floor of an office building and gathered in an underground part is sent up into the head tank 3 by a pump 1. Air is then supplied from the dispersing pipes 7 and 8 to provide a circulation flow of the sewage water through the head tank 3, the downstream chamber 4, the communicating pipe 6 and the upstream chamber 5. This circulation permits micoorganisms in the aeration tank to be grown in a large population for use for sewage water treatment. Such sewage water treating device can be installed near a sewage producing location as well as manufactured at low cost.
