RETURNED GRAIN UNLOADING DEVICE FOR HUSKING AND SORTING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To be able to watch unloading grains while an operator is in a position on the operating side by providing an unloading line for unloading grains after being fluidized on the sorting terminal side of a rotating sorting cylinder and sorted from a returned grain line out of a machine in a special position of a sorting cover covering the rotating sorting cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Grains after being fluidized on the sorting terminal side of a rotating sorting cylinder 11 and sorted are reduced to a husking section 1 by means of a pumping-up cylinder 21 and a return grain line 22 provided adjacent to the sorting terminal side of the sorting cylinder 11. A selector valve 24 for switching over unloading outside and returning to the husking section 1 is installed in said return grain line 22. An unloading line 25 for receiving and unloading the grains switched over to unload by said selector valve 24 is provided integrally on the inner peripheral surface of a front side plate 10a close to the husking section 1 on a sorting cover 10 covering the sorting cylinder 11. As a result, grains to be unloaded can be guided freely to the operating side surface of a machine, and the grains to be unloaded can be watched by an operator while he is in a position on the operating side.
