FAR-INFRARED RAY EMITTING RESIN FOAM FOR FOOD PACKAGING MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject foam keeping a freshness of including food and prolonging storing period by an emitting action of far-infrared ray from resin foam and specific amount of far-infrared ray emitting ceramics. CONSTITUTION:Preferably, a resin (e.g., polystyrene-based resin) is mixed 2 with powder (preferably 0.1-10mum averaged particle diameter) of far-infrared ray emitting ceramics (e.g., alumina) and foam molded, or a laminated film coated powder of far-infrared emitting ceramics on the surface or included inside the powder is stuck on the surface of a resin foam to afford the aimed foam composed of a resin foam and a far-infrared emitting ceramics in an amount of =5wt.% of the foam.
