LEAD WIRE IMPEDANCE SCANNING SYSTEM AND DISCOVERY OF TROUBLE LEAD WIRE

PURPOSE: To inspect certainly a damaged leading wire by arranging a means for impedance measurement of a leading wire during operation of a device, a means for comparison of an impedance value with a predetermined standard, as well as a means for detection of a measurement deviation. CONSTITUTION: An output end of a polar detector 63 is connected to a reading logic means 70 having the same manner and intention as in a polar detector 55 connected to a stimulating impedance determination unit 54. The detector 63 gives an output instruction for increase of impedance when an inclination of a signal from an inspection detector 60 is positive, and an output instruction for decrease of impedance if the inclination is negative. Thus, such an additional diagnostic information is given to respond to polar detectors 55 and 63 and a reading out step 70 are added in addition to a single instruction from a change detected in impedance of the leading wire. The reading logic step 70 is connected to output ends of both counting means 56 and 66 in order to give an instruction of error numbers detected by stimulating and detecting signals of an impedance analyzing circuit 40 for the leading wire.
