PURPOSE:To improve life of a shearing cutter broadly by providing a supply passage for liquid lubricant inside of a cutter, and connecting the same to plural numbers of delivery ports opened with oil channels on the shearing face of the cutter, while juxtaposing cooling passages inside of the cutter. CONSTITUTION:A liquid lubricant supply tube 15 and cooling water tubes 13, 14 are provided inside of a cutter having a top cutting member 9, and the lubricant supply tube 15 is connected to oil channels 16 provided in plural numbers on the shearing face due to the top cutting member 9 with delivery ports 15s. According to this constitution, liquid lubricant is induced to the sharing face as being smeared to a top cutting member's 9 surface, and friction is reduced, still more seizure is prevented. Further more, the inside of the cutter is cooled with introduction of cooling water, and temperature rise in shearing work is suppressed. Life of a shearing cutter is broadly improved thereby, and productivity is improved.
