CONFLICT CONTROL SYSTEM FOR PERIPHERAL DEVICE

PURPOSE:To perform the conflict control of a peripheral device without deteriorating the overall function of a system by carrying out the conflict control of plural input requests via a peripheral device control part. CONSTITUTION:When an input/output request is received from an arithmetic processor 100-2 while an input/output process is carried out according to the input/output request given from an arithmetic processor 100-1, the request of the processor 100-2 is accepted by a request accepting means 111 of a peripheral device control part 110. The means 111 accepts said request and outputs a waiting answer to the processor 100-2 that sent the latter request to instruct to wait for the input/output request. Thus the processor 100-2 is set under a waiting state. When the process is through with the input/output request received from the processor 100-1, an input/output control means 115 adds the end information to a waiting means 113. The means 113 gives an instruction to the means 111 to send the re-input/output request information to the processor 100-2.
