PURPOSE:To stabilize hot water supplying performance and to stabilize bath heating capacity by controlling a boiler hot water supplying temperature of hot water supply side to a set temperature even at the time of simultaneously using hot water supply and bath heating, controlling a boiler passing circulation amount of bath side, and maintaining heat absorption amount from a bath side boiler constant. CONSTITUTION:When hot water supply and bath heating are simultaneously conducted, the opening of a water quantity regulating valve 23 is controlled on the basis of bathtub temperature obtained by a bathtub temperature sensor 24 to control the flow rate of a bath side boiler 1b. The flow rate QF of this time is obtained by an experimental formula to prevent a bath capacity from decreasing. On the other hand, a capacity controller 14 obtains gas quantity at the time of sole hot water supply from the detected values of a water quantity sensor 4, an input water temperature sensor 5, and obtains the gas quantity added with the heat absorption amount of the bath. The detected value of a hot water supply boiler supply water temperature sensor 3 is fed back, and the opening of a gas proportional valve 12 is so controlled that the boiler supply water temperature becomes that at the time of the sole hot water supply. Thus, the supply water temperature of the hot water supply side is stabilized.
