CUTTING AND BENDING METHOD OF WIRE IN SETTING MACHINE OF SUBSTANCE TO LONGISH BODY AND DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To quickly and surely make a clasp fixable on a thread, by fixing a lower clasp on the thread, raising and pulling out a needle and fixing an upper clasp in a state of holding a thread together with the lower clasp by 1st and 2nd clippers. CONSTITUTION:A substance to be set over or beneath a longish body in a rest state of the longish body is arranged, 1st and 2nd wires are simultaneously fed out and stopped in parallel with each other at beneath and over the longish body, cut in a length of a piece of a clasp, bent in a shape of V-letter and received in clippers 30 and 30'. Next, a hollow needle pierced by a thread is lowered together with the thread and penetrated to the substance and the longish body and stopped at a lower limiting position. Then, the thread is lowered a little lower than the needle, 1st clasp is bent like as a pine needle and nipped in the vicinity of lower end of the thread, the needle is raised, 2nd clasp is bent like as a pine needle and nipped at a little upper position of the longish body and the substance pierced by a thread, thus the thread is cut at a little upper point of the 2nd clasp.
