摘要

NEW MATERIAL:A complex shown by formula I [R is 1 to 18C alkyl or benzyl; (m) is positive number (0.5 to 1.5) corresponding to the number of mols of neutral 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane contained in 1mol complex]. EXAMPLE:N-Methyl-imidazole quaternary ammonium TCNQ complex. USE:An organic semiconductor which is watched as an electrically conductive material in electronic device field and electronic material field and has been used as a solid electrolyte of solid electrolytic condenser. PREPARATION:An N-substituted tmidazole quaternary ammonium salt shown by formula II is reacted with 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ for short) in an inert organic solvent such as acetonitrile preferably in an inert gas atmosphere of N2 gas at the boiling point of the inert organic solvent under normal pressure to readily give a compound shown by formula l in high yield.
