Plural feeding processing data out of our replenishers q1 to q4 are stored in a replenisher data storing part 12a of the means 1 and the feeding processing program p1 to p4 corresponding to respective said data and a program p5 for feeding lacking volume to be fed in each period T are stored in a program storage part 12b. Consequently, feeding processing for the oxidation fatigue or processing fatigue of a developer and feeding processing in each prescribed period can be executed in accordance with the kind of a chemical to be used.
