PURPOSE:To shorten an operation time and to make a device smaller by executing a multiplying/dividing operation in a steady point dividing operation with the use of bit shift. CONSTITUTION:A three-dimensional measuring device consists of a camera unit 20, a camera unit driving motor 21, a motor control unit 22, a microprocessor 23, a mapping processor 24, a original picture memory 25, a mapping memory 26, a parallel interface 27, a moving direction measuring data preparing part 28 and a moving direction deciding part 29. Here, an updated value is operated with the use of the bit shift based on the extracted mapping point, the contents of a history plane are updated while a window is being provided based on the operated updated value, and the steady point out of the extracted mapping points is eliminated based on the contents of the history plane. Thus, by using the plane memory at small capacity, the steady point eliminating processing can be promptly executed.
