METHOD FOR CONVERTING INTO FORM OVERLAY DESCRIBING LANGUAGE IN BUSINESS FORM CAD SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To easily cope with a conversion into a form overlay describing language with the correction, change, addition, etc., of a program by converting attribute data for every prescribed specification using a conversion table. CONSTITUTION:While CAD data, the form overlay describing language, etc., which are generated in a business form CAD system, are inputted to a conversion table 20 for every company and for every attribute, auxiliary data such as designations are inputted to the table 20 by an operator, and the overlay describing language of every company previously stored in the conversion table 20 is read and outputted. A complete one-to-one corresponding relation is never realized between the attribute data of the business form CAD system and the attribute data of the overlay describing language of every company. Therefore, the conversion table 20 corresponding to every company and every attribute is prepared, and data conversion is executed while this conversion table 20 is referred to.
