PURPOSE:To coat fully an adhesive agent without causing dropout by providing a means for adjusting the flow rate of a coating agent at the center in a flow passage for the coating agent from the juncture between a flow chamber for the coating agent and a means for introducing the coating agent to the part of an inlet and outlet for a long-sized material. CONSTITUTION:The adhesive agent introduced from a vessel 33 in a pressure tank 32 into a flow chamber 20 is regulated in flow rate by a means 20' for regulating the flow of the coating agent to two split streams so that the adhesive agent is applied on a long-sized material or a beading blank material 2 which travels from an inlet 24 for a long-sized material toward an outlet 25 under the pressure uniform over the entire outside circumferential part of the bead line part 2a thereof. The adhesive agent is thus coated fully on said material without causing dropout and a distinct parting line is formed at the boundary between the part 2a and a fin line part 2c. The thickness of the adhesive agent layer is adjustable if the traveling speed of the material 2 or the introducing pressure of the adhesive agent is changed.
