PURPOSE:To obtain an adhesive agent layer having uniform thickness by using a flexible material formed to the size slightly smaller than the shape of a long- sized object in constituting the outlet shape of an inlet and outlet for the long- sized material formed so as to penetrate a flow chamber for the coating agent. CONSTITUTION:The adhesive agent introduced from a vessel 33 in a pressure tank 32 into a flow chamber 20 is applied under the pressure uniform over the entire outside circumferential surface for a long-sized material, that is for the bead line part 2a of a beading blank material 2 which travels from an inlet 24 for the long sized material toward and outlet 25, whereby a distinct parting line is formed at the boundary between the part 2a and a fin line part 2c without causing dropout. The outlet 25 is formed into the same shape as the sectional shape of the part 2a or to the size slightly smaller than the same, and since the circumference thereof is formed of a flexible material, the adhesive agent is coated at a uniform thickness even if there is variance in the size of the part 2a. The thickness thereof is regulated by the traveling speed of the material 2 or the introducing pressure for the adhesive agent.
