PURPOSE:To remove dust existing in sintered part with a simple constitution, by a shot blasting hard and soft beads to sintered parts impregnated with resin such as magnetic disc device, then washing it with ultrasonic wave. CONSTITUTION:Material powder is compacted in mold, heated at high temp. and sintered to prepare sintered parts used for magnetic disc device, etc. The sintered parts is impregnated with resin to carry out sealing treatment, then small pores on parts surface are treated and sticking substance is removed by barrel mode. further, metal particles on the surface of the parts are smashed by glass beads shotting to carry out sealing treatment, then dust on the surface of the parts is removed by nylon beads shotting and the parts is washed with ultrasonic wave. In this way, released quantity of dust existing in pore to outer part as temp. rise and the secular change is reduced.
