COMMUNICATION DATA STORAGE SLAVE CONTROLLER FOR DISTRIBUTED CONTROL TYPE AUTOMATIC VENDING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To facilitate the analyze of a fault by storing time sequential communication data, which are exchanged between a master and a slave, from the latest data for fixed quantity in a data collection slave and transferring the stored data to an external equipment. CONSTITUTION:In a data collection slave 3D to store sales data, etc., the communication data exchanged between the master and slave on a common transmission line (the communication data exchanged between the data collection slave 3D and master are included in these above mentioned data) are stored for the fixed quantity in the order of the data generation. When the stored data exceed the storage capacity of this slave 3D, the data are started to be abandonned from the old communication data. A command is given to this slave 3D and these stored data are transferred to an external equipment 16 such as a handy terminal. Then, the contents of the transferred data are displayed, etc., in this external equipment 16. Thus, the fault can be easily analyzed.
