PURPOSE:To simplify and minimize a structure while using main parts of an aiming mechanism substantially in common with those of a leveling mechanism by arranging an optical axis adjusting screw, a moving body, and a driving body on the same axis with each other. CONSTITUTION:For an aiming adjustment at vehicle completion, etc., turning an adjusting screw 88 restricted in its movement by a stopper 94 causes a nut 95 to go backward and a headlamp 1 to be turned downward via a headlamp holding member 5. When the adjusting screw 88 is reversely turned, the headlamp is turned upward. Further, for a leveling adjustment of the headlamp 1 during car running, turning a driving body 33 with a motor 41 causes a moving body 90 to move back and forth, and also the adjusting screw 88 to be moved by the stopper 94, allowing the optical axis of the headlamp 1 to be adjusted. Hereby, it is possible to use main parts of both mechanisms substantially in common with each other to permit the structure to be simplified and minimized.
