PURPOSE:To minimize the size of the headlight, the lighting angle of which to be adjusted in many steps by a remote control etc. from a driver's seat by providing a rotating panel of a drive control part for controlling a slanting movement on the same axis with a moving body and a driving body connected with the headlight. CONSTITUTION:On a lower part 5a of a holding member 5 to hold a headlight 1 with its upper end to be rotated, a front end 42 of an adjusting screw 40 passing through a center part of a casing 31 of a driving part is pivotted. A cylindrical moving body 45 is engaged with a center part of the screw part 43 of the adjusting screw 40 and a large diameter screw part 47 at the rear end of the moving body 45 is engaged with an internal screw hole 52 of an approximately cylindrical driving body 49 having a wheel gear part 51 in one body. The driving body 49 is supported to be rotated by support parts 36 and 37 of the casing 31 and the wheel gear part 51 is engaged with a worm gear 56 provided on an output shaft 57 of the motor 10 and at the same time, a spar gear part 53 projected at a rear end is engaged with a transmission gear 62 to rotate a rotating panel 12 forming a multi-step control part.
