PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in combustion efficiency and effective use of thermal energy, by so constituting the titled device that simultaneously with supply of combustion air from a hearth of a combustion chamber the combustion air is made spoutable from a ceiling wall also, in an incinerator disposing waste oil and the other waste matters. CONSTITUTION:A hearth 14 is arranged on the lower part of the inside of the main body 1 of a furnace extending over a space between internal water rising pipes 5, 5 positioning on both sides of the same and a combustion air sputing pipe 15 is arranged on the hearth 14 extending over about a whole area of the same, in an incinerator constituted so as to be able to take out steam from a steam gathering pipe 3 by connecting the steam gathering pipe 3 arranged on the upper part of the main body 1 of the furnace by a large number of the water rising pipe 4 with a flow dividing pipe 2 arranged on the lower part of the main body 1 of the furnace and constituting a side wall of a combustion chamber 6 with the water rising pipe 4. A ceiling wall 16 of the combustion chamber 6 is formed of a bottom wall 13 of a cooling water tank 17 which has been made to support by the steam gathering pipe 3 and a central part of a bottom wall 18 is being formed in a convex arc-shaped state to both side parts. An air chamber 19 is aranged within the cooling water tank 17, and an air spouting nozzle 21 fronting on the inside of the combustion chamber 6 is provided on a branch pipe part 25a ramified by the air chamber 19.
