PURPOSE:To clean overhead wire and wire supporting insulator while moving by providing a nozzle fixing table provided on a truck travellable on rail, discharge nozzle where the spraying direction is set to direct toward the wire and wire supporting insulator and water supply system. CONSTITUTION:A changeover switch is switched to the side for cleaning the insulator then irradiated with beam light to adjust the base frames 4b, 4a of nozzle fixing table to be stopped at such position where red beam will irradiate the insulator 7. Then said switch is set to lifting side and turned on to lift the table 4, to push a contactor roller against the wire thus to start tilting and to approach to the table 4 while parting the brush bodies 13a in front and rear of water-proof wall 13. Upon stoppage, cleaning nozzles 6a, 6b will surround the insulator 7 then water is injected to wash dust. When setting the changeover switch to the side for cleaning the wire and setting the height of table 4 to start the pump, water is injected toward the wires 10a-10c to wash off dust easily.
