PURPOSE: To maintain the specified parameter of a system at a fixed value by receiving the selected one of control parameters and correcting a fluctuation parameter in response to it. CONSTITUTION: A process 12 generates a result indicated by a route 14 and the result 14 and a reference 16 are inputted to an error detector 18. The error detector 18 detects a difference between the result 14 and the reference 16 and outputs two correction parameters through outputs 0. and. O2 , the correction parameters C1 and C3 are generated and fed back to the process 12, the result 14 is turned to the fixed value for the reference 16 and the flow of the correction parameters C1 and C2 is controlled by a switch 20. The switch 20 functions so as to input only one of the correction parameters to the process 12 at a time and the other correction parameter is suppressed from influencing the process 12 by the switch 20. Thus, the result 14 is more quickly turned to a stable value for the reference 16.
