PURPOSE:To permit lubrication of a damper apparatus by installing the fixed member of the damper apparatus onto the outer periphery of a drive shaft and sealing the drive shaft and a transmission shaft in liquidtight state. CONSTITUTION:A damper apparatus 13 consists of a fixed member 13a and a movable member 13b which is elastically engaged with said fixed member 13a. Said fixed member 13a is installed onto the outer periphery of a drive shaft 4, and the movable member 13b is installed onto the outer periphery of the transmission shaft 12. In the power transmission system, the drive shaft 4 side and the transmission shaft 12 side are sealed 30 and 31 in liquid-tight state, keeping the damper apparatus 13 interposed. The seal member 30 is elastically deformed through swing of the drive shaft 4, to hold its sealing performance. While, the sealing member 3 maintains its sealing performance being driven by the revolution of the fixed member 13a. Thus, the lubricating oil filled in the transmission system covering from a transmission shaft 12 to an axle 14 is used in common, and the damper apparatus 13 can be lubricated.
