PURPOSE:To obtain a packet delivery locker which permits the receiving of a packet and permits the sure delivery of a packet to a designated delivery worker by allowing a control part to generate a lock releasing signal by inputting any of the request No. designated in a random number generator. CONSTITUTION:When a packet transported by a packet delivery worker in case of a home in absence, said packet delivery worker pushes 'receipt' as the function key in an operating part 9. A specific signal permitting the locking release only in the case when a locker is vacant is inputted into the operating part 9, and a control part 15 transmits a lock release signal into an electrical lock 5. A person in the home inputs a password No. in four digits into the operation part. When the inputted password No. accords with a set No., the locker in which the packet is deposited is lock-released. Therefore, the packet can be received from the packet delivery worker even in case of absence, and the packet can be delivered free from mistake to a designated person.
