PURPOSE: To lessen the biasing of pleats and twisting and to prevent the leakage from side parts by using fluid moving materials which move the body fluid from the intermediate part of a body flank through a pad to a region near the impermeable lining layer of a pad. CONSTITUTION: The pad 12 for female has a cover 14 on a body side and edges 16 and 18 in a longitudinal direction. The pad is gathered by ends 20 and 22. The pad 12 is provided with a peeling piece 24. This peeling piece 24 is removed before the pad is mounted at an underwear. The pad 12 is provided with a cover 14, the side parts 16, 18 and an impermeable material 15 forming the lining 20. The peeling piece 24 covers an adhesive 26 for mounting to clothing. The inside of a napkin 12 is formed from absorptive materials 28 and 30. Body fluid moving structures 31 and 32 are formed from the same or similar materials and cover half or two - third central part of the length in the longitudinal direction to rapidly absorb the body fluid. The body fluid moving structures 31 and 32 easily supply the body fluid to the absorptive materials 28 and 30.
