PURPOSE:To effectively utilize waste heat and to reduce running cost by using the waste gas from an incineration means as a heat source of an evaporating means which evaporates the waster liquor after filtration and sepn. of cake from the waste liquor of SHOCHU distillation. CONSTITUTION:The incineration means 7 are provided with plural trays T1, T2-Tn in a vertical direction at proper spacings maintained between each other. The top end thereof is connected to a rake 17 rotationally moving between the trays and the bottom end is constituted of a vertical multistage incineration furnace 19 having a moving chain 18 in contact with the front surfaces of the trays. Burners 20 positioned between the trays in the lower stage are mounted to this incineration furnace 19. The hot air of combustion is created in the furnace 19 by these burners 20 to dry and incinerate the object supplied into the furnace 19. Low-pressure steam 29 generated in a boiler 25 utilizing exhaust gases is introduced into a heat medium path of a heater 10 for utilizing the steam as a part of the heat source of the evaporating means 5.
