摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title clothes-wadding of light weight and flexibility by applying a resin binder to front and back faces of a mixed web from high- shrinkage polyester conjugated fibers and high-crimping polyester fibers. CONSTITUTION:A mixed fiber web consisting of 15-10% of high-shrinkage polyester conjugated fibers and 95-90% of high-crimping polyester fibers are bound with a small amount (2-10g/m2 on the solid basis) of a resin binder 3. The shrinkage of the polyester conjugated fibers develops three-dimensional crimps to interlace more closely the entangling high-crimping fibers with the high-shrinkage fibers, resulting in a spring-elastic structure.
