PURPOSE:To ensure oil supplied to another hydraulic equipment by providing a bypass path that connects both an oil chamber connected to a pump and an oil chamber connected to another hydraulic equipment when a regulator valve body disconnects the connection of both chambers. CONSTITUTION:A regulator valve 30 has a first flow-in hole 31a connected to a hydraulic pump, flow-out hole 31c connected to another hydraulic equipment, connection hole 31d connected to an antiskid device, and a second flow-in hole 31b connected to a master cylinder. a valve body 35 energized by a spring 34 and a plunger 36 that actuates the oil pressure of the master cylinder on the valve body 35 are engaged with the inner holes 32a to 32c of the valve 30 in the direction of disconnecting an oil chamber R1 connected to the holes 31a and 31d and R2 connected to the hole 31c. In addition, when the master cylinder oil pressure is excessively boosted and the valve body 35 disconnects the connection of both oil chambers R1 and R2, a bypass path 37 that connects both oil chambers R1 and R2 is provided in the valve body 35. The path 37 can be provided in a housing 31A.
