PURPOSE:To reduce the residual amount of hot-water and eliminate the loss of heat after heating hot-water by a method wherein a memory device having a learning function is provided, and the electric power supply for a heating body is controlled under levelling condition through whole time from starting to stopping of electric power supply by the midnight electric power supply service. CONSTITUTION:A memory device 12 stores the up-to-date data of the amount of heat for the amount of consumed hot-water as the past actual consumption results. The amount of electric power to be supplied for a heating body 5 is determined based on the above data and the data of predetermined amount for the next day from an inputting device 18. Moreover, the utilized electric power is supplied by the midnight electric power service time zone under levelling condition through whole service time zone, consequently, the amount of hot-water is obtained every day while satisfying the actual requirement of an user, the residual amount of hot-water can be reduced with the utilizing of the input device, also the loss of heat dissipation can be reduced, accordingly, the maintenance cost can be reduced.
