RESTORING METHOD FOR MODEL FOR HYDRAULICS MODEL TEST

PURPOSE:To reproduce a fine shape that a status model by utilizing a restoration model piece made by copying the status model itself. CONSTITUTION:A peeling agent 3 is applied over the top surface of the status model 2 formed on a reference floor board 1 and a transfer layer 4 of FRP is formed thereupon. Then, drawing is performed on the surface of the transfer layer 4 to obtain divided pieces 5. The divided pieces 5 are set in a metallic mold 6 and height adjustment are made by columns 7, 7.... Then, reinforcing materials are arranged along the curved surfaces of the divided pieces 5 and a concrete layer 11 is formed on the top surface to 5cm thickness; and a vinyl chloride pipe 12 is buried while the concrete layer 11 is fresh, and the size (c) from the cut opening of the vinyl chloride pipe 12 to the upper end surface of the opening is measured. The, the restored model piece 11' is completed by being taken out of the metallic mold 6 and turned over after the divided pieces 5 made of FRP are removed.
