PURPOSE:To make it possible to output information as voices simply even when the contents thereof change every day by providing a memory element equipped with a number of storage areas which are selected by a signal from a control element and store signals from a voice signal input element. CONSTITUTION:A selection as to whether voice information is set in a memory element 8 or not is conducted by an operation of a set switch 6. When the switch 6 is turned ON, a voice registration mode turns effective and the voice information from a microphone 9 of a voice signal input element 11 is set in a storage area 7 selected by a key input element 3. The contents of storages in the regions 7 from A to E are set as in the table. The areas A-C are memorized to which an input can be made by a user, and the contents in the areas 7 can be reset every day or at an arbitrary time in a day. The areas D and E are memorized for a manufacturer. When the switch 6 is OFF and when a given weight exceeds a weighing amount in weighing, for instance, the content of the area E is called, and information that the weight is excessive is given by voice.
