摘要

The principle of the solution is the composition and method of production of a milk feeding mixture with rational nutrition value achieved by use of cereal components gained by processing of selected cereals using extrusion technology or on the basis of grain milling according to specially composed milling patterns enabling to gain superfine weatings (tails) with high contents of proteins with favourable amino acid composition. During extrusion of the cereals the usability of polysaccharides after their partial degradation is improved as a result of hydrothermal processing.
