Method for producing an inspection well which is used in drainage pipe systems, consisting of a rotationally cast well part 1 which comprises one or more connections 2, 3. Cover parts 7, 8, 9, 10 are cut away from each point which is intended as an opening in the well. The sediment base of the well is formed by joining a cylinder part, provided with a bottom, to the frame part 1. A vertical part reaching the ground surface is formed by joining a cylinder part alone, or extended by telescopic tube, to the well frame 1. By cutting a cover or several covers 8, 10 away from the connections 2 3, a tube sleeve is formed. A desired angle between the tube sleeves 2, 3 is formed by cutting the frame 1 of the well in two parts at places 6 so that when one part is turned 180 degree and the part is joined to the other part again, the desired angle is obtained between the connections 2, 3 on the frame part of the well.
