The explosive comprising up to 80% of inorganic nitrates up to 80% of high explosive materials and/or a mixture of these, up to 20% of gelling materials i.e. - organic or inorganic flammable materials and not more than 10% of inorganic perchlorates. The equipment comprises a mixer filler vessels equipped with controlled filler openings. - The vessels are provided with mixing equipment using pneumatic and/or liquid and/or mechanical mixing methods. A filling system is also included, operated by a pressurised medium and equipped with controlling valves.
