A compsn. for the prepn. of plasticised heat-stable PVC articles contains PVC, plasticiser heat stabilisers, epoxidised vegetable oils, known opt. additives pref. foaming agents flow improvers, antioxidants, antistatic agents and/or fillers. - Based on total compsn. wt.it contains 0.2-10 wt% heat stabilising mixt. comprising all inorganic or organic lead cpd. and a calcium salt of a carboxylic acid, in wt. ratio of (20:0.1)-(1:10).
