Pharmaceutical prepn. for topical or oral admin. for skin affections - contains glycerol tri:nitrate and polyunsaturated fatty acid

A new pharmaceutical and cosmetic preparation contains as active ingredients 0.01-2 wt. % glycerol trinitrate and 0.1-10 wt. % of at least one polyunsaturated fatty acid selected from gamma-linolenic acid, linoleic acid or a physiologically active salt or derivative thereof, in a physiologically acceptable carrier. The prepn. is used for treatment of psoriasis, seborrhoea and cosmetic conditions. The active component have the ability to react with oxygen free radicals.
